SIDEA Foundation is a non-profit organization, registered in public interest. It produces and distributes projects in the fields of art and culture, with the idea of creating a bridge between different cultures, social groups and generations. The principles which lead us are: the decentralization of cultural life in Bulgaria; attracting and educating new audiences; socializing disadvantaged people through art; stimulating cultural diversity and intercultural excahnge. The activity of the foundation is concentrated in three main courses: educational, cultural and social. The main goal of the Foundation is to achieve sustainability of the cultural practices of the supported initiatives. The Foundation's main project activity is based in Varna and works to support the city's candidature for the European Capital of Culture in 2019.
