For over two decades now the ladies from the International Women's Club of Sofia have organized a big and colorful Christmas Charity Bazaar which connects nations and organizations for a good cause.
On 4 December 2016 the bazaar will once again bring together participants from more than 60 nationalities who will proudly showcase their handmade crafts, music, souvenirs, folklore, national cuisine, clothing, literature, culture and tradition.
All funds they collect will support social projects across Bulgaria to meet the needs of the most marginalized groups in the country - especially, but not exclusively, women, the elderly, children deprived of parental care, people with mental or physical disadvantages, ethnic minorities, etc.
The 22nd IWC Annual Charity Bazaar is now looking for volunteers to join its international team and help with the organization on 4 December, Sunday, from 10:00 to 19:30. The tasks are:
- assist some of the participants by selling their goods;
- collect trash from the halls during the event;
- hang and deliver back coats at the cloakrooms;
- help carry heavier stuff (e.g. chairs, tables, etc.)
- help clean the halls after the event.

You will literally meet the whole world, in the name of good.
Last year, thanks to the efforts of more than 1,600 volunteers the bazaar raised about BGN 330,000.

- handle responsibly all agreed tasks.
Volunteers are kindly asked to reach the venue individually. Public transportation options are described in detail here. If you come by car - free underground parking will be available during the bazaar.

The mission will take place on 4 December 2016
Once a mission you participate in ends, you can tell us how it went in a couple of sentences ("it was great" won't do).
It's simple: after the end we send you instructions - follow them. This way you earn points and rise in rank , others get inspired and we're all happy.
