Information:

kvARTal project was launched in 2016 with the main goal to show the cultural potential of the zone enclosed by four main boulevards: Maria Louisa, Dondukov, Slivnitsa and Rakovski. Copying the successful model of all European capitals of having separate art quarters with their specific concept and image, kvARTal aims to develop new art spaces and to ease the access to culture.
